Ever since I joined Meal Prep With Nikee on Sundays, I began enjoying cooking again. I love having a set grocery list to go shopping for and actually using all the items I buy. I love getting the chance to pick collectively on what will be the meal prep. I love getting on a group call with others with similar interest in cooking. I love being able to display a sort of meals that pleases myself and others. I love how the meals are not only healthy but very delicious.

Meal Prepping with Nikee was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. She has a way of breaking things down step by step, that made me feel like I was a whole chef!!! Working with Jeff at JRfitness has been a great pleasure of mine. The most important thing for me is there is accountability. Jeffrey checks in to see how my workouts are going. There is kindness, understanding, and there is flexibility! He has the knowledge to tailor my workouts to my spine injury to prevent pain or further injury! I love that he provides detailed descriptions on the form and machines for the workouts and is there for any questions or changes needed.
