Policies and Procedures

Client Commitment
Clients are expected to follow their weekly plan, check in on time, and communicate any challenges so adjustments can be made. Consistency helps us support you effectively.

Check-In Policy
Weekly check-ins are required to keep your program up to date. Missed check-ins may result in delayed adjustments to your plan. If you cannot check in, please notify us in advance.

Late Check-Ins
If a check-in is submitted late, updates may be made the following day depending on scheduling and availabilities.

Communication
Messages will be answered within 24–48 hours. Weekends and holidays may experience slight delays. Please keep all communication inside the designated channels.

Program Changes
Any changes to your goals, schedule, or preferences must be shared during your weekly check-in so we can update your plan accordingly.

Payment Policy
All payments are due upfront and are non-refundable. Your program begins once payment is received and access is granted.

Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your program, access to coaching, community spaces, and resources will be removed at the end of your paid period. There are no refunds for unused weeks.

Freezes or Holds
Programs cannot be paused or placed on hold. If life events occur, we will help you modify your plan to stay on track in a realistic way.

No-Shows for Sessions
If group sessions or personal coaching sessions are offered, no-shows are not credited, rescheduled, or refunded. Please notify us in advance if you cannot attend.

Progress Tracking
Clients must submit accurate progress updates, meal photos (if requested), and check-in details to ensure safe and effective guidance. Lack of updates may limit progress adjustments.

Respect Policy
This is a supportive, judgment-free community. Disrespectful behavior toward coaches or other clients may result in removal from the program without refund.

Privacy
All client information, progress photos, and communication remain confidential unless written permission is given for transformation features.

Results Disclaimer
Results vary by individual. Consistency, accurate check-ins, and adherence to your program will impact your progress.

By joining our programs, clients acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for their health, safety, and results. Meal Prep With Nikee and JR Fitness are not liable for any injuries, issues, or outcomes that may occur from following nutrition recommendations, workouts, or lifestyle guidance.

Progress photos, testimonials, or results shared on any platform are provided with client permission. All personal information is kept private unless written consent is given.
