NEW YEAR BOOTCAMP

New Year’s Bootcamp kicks off January 19 and runs through March 15. This is an 8-week program focused on a full lifestyle reset — simple nutrition, structured workouts, accountability, and real results. Entry fee is $50, and there will be a prize for the best transformation. You’ll receive 1–2 group sessions, a full meal plan to follow each week, and guided exercises designed to match your fitness level. The program combines both nutrition and fitness coaching so you stay consistent from start to finish. Sign up below.
