Anayka Reilly is the Owner of Meal Prep with Nikee and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Nutrition Coach with a background in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. Her passion for helping others began with her own wellness and more recently postpartum weight loss journey. After reaching her highest weight, Anayka turned to meal prepping, balanced nutrition, and consistent daily habits to transform both her body and her mindset. That experience shaped her mission to make healthy eating realistic and achievable for other busy women and families.
Through Meal Prep with Nikee, Anayka teaches clients how to simplify nutrition, create sustainable routines, and build confidence in and out of the kitchen. She blends flavorful, practical cooking with structured meal prep strategies that fit real life. Her coaching includes personalized sample menus, ingredient swaps, grocery guidance, accountability, and weekly prep support to help clients stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. Anayka understands the challenges of balancing wellness with everyday responsibilities. Her approach is supportive, relatable, and results driven. She helps clients fuel their bodies, improve their habits, and develop a healthier lifestyle they can maintain long-term.

Jeff Reilly holds a Bachelor’s degree in operations management. He is a personal trainer, bodybuilding athlete, and the creator of JR Fitness. He blends traditional strength training with core bodybuilding principles like progressive overload, proper form, and proper intensity to help clients build muscle, lose fat, and develop real confidence in their bodies.
At JR Fitness, Jeff brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to every client. His programs are structured, sustainable, and built around routines that support long-term progress. He focuses on muscle development, improved performance, and creating habits that fit real life so clients can stay consistent and see real change.
Drawing from his own bodybuilding journey, Jeff teaches not just the training methods but also the mindset required to stay committed.
